VMPro question about queueing 1

Having a problem with queueing on VMPro. When a customer calls in and the queue is busy it gives them a message that the call center is receiving a high amount of calls and to continue to hold. Will my problem is that it keeps coming back to them as say that message every 20 seconds. I want to change it to 180 seconds. How do I do that?

 
Bad news, although you can specify the delay for the initial que Msg. all subequent Msg's are fixed at 20 seconds and cannot be changed
 
At the manager site at hunt grups tab there is a queu ring time (secs) try to increase it I think it will be ok.
 
the que ring time only controls the delay for the 1st msg.
all other msgs come in after 20 seconds, this cannot be changed (not even in the V3.1 software on field trial :-( )
 
that stinks.. but it is what it is. thanks for the help to all that respond.
