VMPRo - Post Dial to Voicemail or copy Wav to mailbox

I have a wav file to send internally on demand.

Call HG extension which goes to VM pro manu with a POST DIAL Action.
I have set the Post Dial Action to play a file.wav to VM:1110.
If I use the option to have the file loop, it plays the loop in the mailbox and does not disconnect.
If I un-check the loop,no message is left.

How can I get a prerecorded file.wav to send to a mailbox VMPro?

Why are you doing this? You are doing something the system isn't designed to do, so it's going wrong

so a call center CSR can leave the retail store a vm to look for an in store pickup.

you could have a saved msg in a mailbox & then use Visual voice to forward it to the store mailbox as required.


A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
