Hi again dudes, here i am with another problem.

Im starting doing tests to record calls both internal and externals using VMPro. Actually I can record them (changing some settings per user in the Manager), load the hash data using VMPro and listen to the recorded calls. The problem is that is necessary to replay the "warning" audio when a call is established. I ticked that option in VMPro -> Administration -> Preferences -> General. I have pointed the path for the Wavs files to /opt/vmpro/Wavs/es (my VMPro is under Linux, I'm using IP Office 500 v2 Server Edition). There is actually the aor_00.wav file in the directory but when i do a call from the extension configured to record it's calls, there is no warning audio before establish the communication.

Can anyone help me, please?

Thanks :)

are you asking for the you call is being recorded message?

Yes. I need to replay that message in every call from the extension that is configured to record it's calls. Also I've restarted the VMPro service, but it didn't work :(

open up the voice mail pro client, Administration/Preference/general tab/make sure play advise on call recording is checked

when you say "before" communication , i think that is you misunderstanding , it plays the warning on a call not prior to the connection.

ACSS (UC/SBCE/SM/SME)

Not that they mean a thing anymore , get a brain dump pass the test crash the system.

montyzummer: You're right. First of all, the user that dials an internal extension or a PSTN number (from those extension configured the call recording) must hear the warning? OR the warning is only hearable by the user that calls to the configured extension?

joe2938: I did it, also i've checked the path of the folder where the Wavs file are and it is ok.
