Has anyone had issues with VMPro becoming unresponsive almost weekly? I was working on a system and in the SE web access, I notice that VMPro was at 600+ MB of RAM. The system has 427 users, and 5 AAs that are assigned to the main incoming numbers.

We restarted the VMPro component and when it came back up, the RAM usage was at 30MB. The IT manager says that the restarting has been the fix as of late, but obviously something else is wrong. Any ideas on what to look at?

Are you using an voicemail email functions. The voicemail service seems to get very sulky if it has messages that didn't get sent for any reason.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

We are using VM to email. I did find out that if you have SMTP logging on that it can "run away" at times. We checked to be sure that was disabled, so we'll see what happens.
