I deleted one of the folder for one extension, I deleted the extension and recreated it and the folder is not beign created, When ever I call the users I get the voicemail prompt but he doesnt get any voicemails. is there a specific way to recreate those mailboxes folders located in \Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\Accounts

Delete the user, save, recreate the user, restart the VMPro services and it will contact the IP Office and create all the mailboxes it needs.

Also, do you know how it keeps track of voicemails. Forexample can I just create a wav file rename it to the next number and stick it in someones voicemail folder. btw I tried it and it didnt work :) thats why im asking .

thankx

No you can't, as you've found. There's a text file in the User's folder with details of the file names, number of new/old/saved messages etc. You can muck around with these and it will recognise the file you've put in there - I'm pretty sure I've done it before a while ago but don't have access to systems anymore to try it now.

You don't have to delete/recreate the user. If you just restart the VMPro Service (and the DB Service), VMPro will contact the PBX and get the user/group list, then create the necessary folders for those users. I would delete the one you manually created before doing this.
