VmPro delete code

Is there way to change Voicemail Pro's delete code *3 to just 3 or any other digit? Customer is used to just deleting with one digit. Thanks.

change mode to IPO Mode, delete is a 4. But everything else changes as well.

Intuity mode requires *3, can't change it. As Greybeard said, you could change it to IP Office Mode, but everything changes, not just *3.

Or use Visual voice.
