I'm having intermittent connection loss between IPO and the pc running VMPRO. I've checked and rechecked all of my network settings. It will work for a few hours and then stop working. Often a server restart will cause it to stop working. The licensing appears to be ok, as do the passwords. Thanks in advance for any help.

I installed the new sentinel drivers mentioned above, and the feature server stopped recognizing the dongle. Now i can't find the old drivers. Anyone know where these are? i repaired the install off the admin cd w/out success.

something I've had to do to get the dongle to work, especially after an upgrade.

Uninstall the keyserver service using the add-remove
Reboot
remove the dongle while it's down
when back up install the keyserver from the Admin CD
reboot
while it's down attach the dongle
after the restart it should be back

as far as where you plug it in, as long as you have no firewall between the machine and the IPOffice you should be OK, best to have it directly connected but I've done many through a switch like that
