I'd like to use a "leave voice-mail" token but avoideing the system voice "your call is answered by IP ofice, extension............"
I'd like to use a shorter message like "start registerig after the tone ans press hash for more options" .
And so, I could register it in arabic.

Is it posible ?

Thanks in advance

I never did it but you could program a default leaves point in voicemail that has this special option and the a recording option that simply sends the message into the appropriate mailbox.

Changing the individual prompts in the system might bite you in the behind add the prompts might be used for multiple things, there is not a single recording for this but it consists of multiple individual recordings

Sorry, but I didn't understand.
I am using The token "leave mail" (sorry, my system is in spanish and I must to translate):
What do you mean "default leaves point" ?

In the VMpro client, in the upper left hand pane below the IP Office, there is a folder with a + called start points. Under that is a default leave start point. This is what he is referring too.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

In that leave point, from Start go to a Generic that is Set CP0 to $TARGET, then to a Voice Question, where the Entry Prompt is your recording saying "leave message after the tone", and send the recording to mailbox $CP0
