Hi again,
I was wondering if this was a limitation of VMPro.
I am only able to get one report from the following scenario.
A caller in a queue is being cycled through different hold music ( to not bore them ).
At each hold music, I have set them to report if the action if playing.
This way I can see how many times a certain hold music was played ( no idea what for yet)
At the moment, I would only get 1 report, and that is the one the call has dropped from.
The SQL database log does not seem to be collecting the whole sequence.
Is it because they overwrite the same entry in the sql database instead of making a new entry?
