I am trying to set up this scenario using VMPRO:

A user dialls in a call flow.
He is asked to dial a number.
VMPRO connects the call to the number asked with the user within the call flow.

What is the best function to use in VMPRO?

Cheers!

You can use for example the menu module to let the caller enter the number , if yoy use The $ sign the system waits for a # to end the entering.

Then you paste the enterd number by $KEY to the assisted transfer witch wil dial that number!

Clear?

For tidiness I usually use ? marks to the length of the internal dial plan, so if you have 200 - 299 make the menu ??? instead of $ this then means they don't need to press # to finish dialling it will dial as soon as they hit the third digit, saves time and people often forget to hit the # key :)
