VMPro and ContactStore

Hello ...

I have Configure a Module on VMPro for HotLine, Customer hear a message and leave a msg on MailBox.
On VMPro : Start Point >> Menu >> Leave Voicemail.
On Manager: Hunt Group (666) >> Voicemail On
ICR >> VM:HotLine
On Hunt Group Voice Recording tab : Record Inbound : On
Recording(Auto): I try Voice Recording Library and MailBox ( When MailBox set to 666)
Auto Record Calls: External and Internal
On Incoming Call Route Voice Recording tab : Record Inbound : On
Recording(Auto): I try Voice Recording Library and MailBox ( When MailBox set to 666)

Now when I make a Call to the HotLine and Leave a Msg I Can't see it on the ContactStore Search and Play (Not Recorded)
Via Short Code I can here the Msg.

Why I the voice not recorded on ContactStore ???

that's because it went into a mailbox instead of a live person answering the call, add a member to the hunt group and then call it and have the person answer the call then it should be in there.

I have a Live Person on the Hunt Group
Tha Idea that a Caller directly leave a Msg when hearing the tone.

People leaving voicemails do not go into contact store, it's for call recordings, so only calls that are answered go into Contact store :)

Is there any updates ???
I try Embedded Voicemail, the same thing disconnected when set the ICLID.
Is this need more VM Resources?
I have a a VMPro (4 Ports), RCC, ContactStore

Are you just ignoring the answers?
It is not possible as a voicemail message is not a call that is recorded period.
