Hello ...
I have Configure a Module on VMPro for HotLine, Customer hear a message and leave a msg on MailBox.
On VMPro : Start Point >> Menu >> Leave Voicemail.
On Manager: Hunt Group (666) >> Voicemail On
ICR >> VM:HotLine
On Hunt Group Voice Recording tab : Record Inbound : On
Recording(Auto): I try Voice Recording Library and MailBox ( When MailBox set to 666)
Auto Record Calls: External and Internal
On Incoming Call Route Voice Recording tab : Record Inbound : On
Recording(Auto): I try Voice Recording Library and MailBox ( When MailBox set to 666)
Now when I make a Call to the HotLine and Leave a Msg I Can't see it on the ContactStore Search and Play (Not Recorded)
Via Short Code I can here the Msg.
Why I the voice not recorded on ContactStore ???
