Hi
Does anyone know if you have a AutoAttendent set up in VMPRO if you can have any indication of how many times each option as been pressed.

Got to be more specific than that.
Are you talking about per day, week, year? Or by a single caller messing around in the same IVR getting nowhere?

What's the goal?

Kind regards

Gunnar

Bas, that will only tell What number they chose, not How many times it has been chosen.

Got to use Counter Increment or Arithmetic Evaluation.
But if you're going to use this for reporting, you need to do Database integration or get Xima Chronicall.

Kind regards

Gunnar

Thanks guys its the sales man who is asking about this. It will have call accounting software he was thinking of TMS but if xima will do the job better we could look at that. But if I could get a daily count of how many times the options are pressed that will be a start.

Do you have DB license? If not, it's supposedly free in R9.1, that airs on 22nd of Dec.

XIMA does not automatically collect key presses, you need to make some sort of triggering/tweaking.

Something like passing call through a HG called "Press 1", "Press 2", etc.
Then run a report on how many calls that hit the HG's

(Could be that the reports on VM can be used too, I don't remember right now.)

Kind regards

Gunnar
