Hey Guys,

Just a quick heads up on this as wasted an hour of my morning already.

On 9.1.0.166 VMPro, If you leave your IPOffice Administrator Security Settings as default (Except the password ofc) You will only get read-only access to the VMPro call flows. You need to go into Security and uncheck the "Voicemail Basic" and "Voicemail Standard" options for your Adminsitrator group to allow changes.

Hope that helps anyone out there having problems.

Thanks for the heads up Mate :)

I suggest changing the login credentials from default.
This fixes your issue and makes the system more secure.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

As the remote access to VMPro became accessible by default, it's only natural that some sort of security came along with it.
I find it admirable that Avaya has stepped up, taking security issues far more serious, than in the past.
(I like to think all the yelling from me and a selected few TT members made them wake up and smell the napalm...)

Btw: Direct access on the VMPro server and accounts creates in VMPro works as before.

Kind regards

Gunnar
