Good Morning
System Info:
IPO 9.1.12
VMPro 9.1.5
Server Windows 2012RS
I have a customer who's Voicemail type in SSA continues to show "NONE"
The Windows server (also the mgmt PC) is serving as the customer's voicemail Pro server.
It is also running Microsoft DNS and AD.
I have taken the below steps to resolve thus far--
•restarted VMPro services
•rebooted IPO
•rebooted VMPro server
•Executed this cmd (was suggested to me) -- Command prompt (privileges elevated):
netsh int ipv4 Add excludedportrange protocol=udp startport=50790 numberofports=12 store=persistent
•defaulted security settings in Manager and reset passwords as requested
•confirmed VMPro password in both Security Settings and in VMPro Client
I am running Debug Viewer as I stop and restart the VMPro services. Attached is what I captured.
Any input is greatly appreciated.
I'll be sure to follow-up with Stars and resolution updates on the issue.
