Hey, all. I'm in the process of troubleshooting this issue. We had a client migrate their VMPro to a hosted server in a colo recently, with another server at another location to serve as backup. Their primary server worked well for some time - about 3 weeks or so, but then we began experiencing issues. Voicemail passwords were not resetting, and finally one day one of their remote sites (out of 5) had their voicemail stop working entirely. Callers were unable to leave messages - they would be prompted to enter their extension/password as if they were checking messages. The problem compounded and began happening across all the sites later that day. We migrated their server to the back up, and as of right now things are working. But since the servers are identical, just in different locations, we are worries about these problems coming up again. I do not believe it is a networking problem between the main site and colo, as they have MPLS set up and everything has tested clean.
Here is what I am seeing in DbgView:

I am told that the client.cpp[578] is a Windows error. After a little digging, I found this as a system error code:
ERROR_NO_PAGEFILE
578 (0x242)
{No Paging File Specified} No paging file was specified in the system configuration.
Has anyone else seen this? If so, have you been able to resolve? Avaya is simply telling us to rebuild the server but unfortunately that is not an option without some concrete evidence that it is an OS, hardware, or software problem. So I'm fishing this pond a little bit to see if you IPO geniuses have seen anything similar.
Cheers! Thanks guys.
