I recently updated VMPro 4.1 to 4.2.24. I did a boneheaded thing and didn't make an export of the configuration prior to that update.

Now when I open the VMPro client on the VMPro server, I don't see any of the programming. It looks as if it lost all the data. The weird part is that the calls are flowing according to the old settings, without issue. If I manually create the start points they are blank and if I save and make live it then breaks the call flow, as if the original programming was never done.

Has anyone seen this before or have any suggestions?

You'll need to login into VMPro!

Goto; File > Login > Browse > Select the VMPro Server then click OK.

Now you should see more.

Bas1234,
Thank you for the help. I'm logged in to the server. It won't let me see the groups or anything if I'm not logged in.

Your welcome.

What I should have said is I'm still having the same problem as before. It is when I'm logged in that the problem is reproducible.

If you did not export your database before you upgraded then you have no database to reimport and make live after the upgrade. Vmpro will run with the last compiled database runing before the upgrade.

Search your hard drive carefully for .mdb files and find one that is closest to actual operation. Otherwise you will have to recreate the database by hand and make live.

Sorry was reading a bit to fast, but as CarGoSki is saying look for the mdb file, maybe in the thrashbin?!

Mostly an export is made by the installer and taken home for backup, you could ask them.
