VMP 9.1 Cant pick PP calls

I was able to find the example for setting up PP with VMP. The page is made over the speakers for the group but when I dial the number announced, in this case it is :SHIPPING DEPT 4440", I get an intercept unobtainable[ignore][/ignore] tone
