When ever my user wants to play a voice mail over the phone from outlook VMO because they do not have speakers they are prompted for a user name and password from the Unity server. The user types correct password but can not authenticate. Please help

Are you sure that the user is not being prompted for a server name and DN?

No what happens is that when user trys to ring his own phone to play back his messages through his phone he is then prompted for authentication from the Unity server. He then puts in his username password and domain but whether correct password or not he can't get passed authentication. This only happens to certain workstations and not all the workstations in the organization. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

This was because of DCOM permissions that user was being asked for login just for FYI. I got it fixed
