vMBG Licensing

We have vMBG product code 54005339 which is a dem version and trying to assign 54004572 which are TW user licenses x 2, although the status of the blade states that it sync'd with the AMC the license never becomes available on the vMBG. Screenshots attached

have you tried clearing the hardware ID on AMC and clearing the service link on the vMBG

Once both have been cleared try to add the app record again in vMBG and re-sync to AMC
Hopefully yhe licenses will then appear.

Yes that is active until 2012

Was this originally a MBG or an upgrade from Teleworker to MBG?

If so you will need an upgrade licence 54004578

It is a brand new instal in a VM Ware deployment, the MBG base software activates but not the two MBG users?? MBG is 6.1.5

stupid question you have run this as a vapp? in vmware

As installing MSL as a VM will not allow the vMBG licence to become active

It is the first vMBG and just simply ran the mbg_vapp_6.1.2.0.ova from MOL. The MBG can see the AMC and the base software has registered, The MAS 2.2 and the MBG are in a cluster as per Mitel docs.

OK have just found an update to 6.1.8.0 and now all works well, so watch out the 6.1.5.0 which is the current load has a bug.
