Vmail Transfer between BCM via Express Message Line

Customer has
BCM 50 Release 3
BCM 400 Release 4
4 VoIP Trunks enabled between each site
VoIP trunks configured for SIP
NO MCDN Key code
VoIP calls between sites are working properly
The issue is I want an Outside caller to the BCM 400 to transfer to a Voicemail Box (that does not have a physical Phone)on the BCM 50.
I have set up Destination codes that match with Target lines in the BCM 50. A target line is created and assigned to the Express messaging Line in the Mailbox.
When you try to call to the Target number you get disconnected.

Does anyone have a solution to this?


 
Yes it is set as prime and I also assigned the line as well
 
Target lines assigned to Physical extensions work properly. The route is DN Type: Private
 
Do you have extra analog ports or an available IP Client license?

If you assign THIS target line to a set instead of as an express message line in VM, does the call ring the set and can you establish communication?

You could try the old school method.
Prime your VoIP trunks to the VM DN.
Remove the DID from the target line recvd number field.
Configure the mailbox extension with the digits that you would normally put in the recvd number field.

I thought the old school one would work. But no luck. I got it to work by assigning the lines to VoIP Extensions that aren't used. Thanks for the help

I have a similar setup but cannot get my calls to go across using just destination codes from PSTN.

BCM400 PRI to voip to BCM50
are you just using dest codes and not target lines to send the call across?

It's only dialtone-VZ
