Customer is having issues receiving VM's to email server, he has to kill the Java process to get things back working, once Java reaches 16K handles the process has to be killed. The server only has VM and One-x portal on it and said nothing on the server has changed. Not familiar with Java and handles so not sure what could be causing the issue.

Could this be related to the java RAM limit?

You can increase it...
To do so, navigate to Java in the Control Panel. Under the Java tab, click View. Your current version of Java will be listed in the Java Runtime Environment Settings window. Double-click the Runtime Parameters field and enter -Xmx400m. You can replace 400 with the number of megabytes you want Java to be able to use. Click OK to save your changes. Before your changes will take effect, you will need to restart your web browser.

Top tip that.

Potato chip factory burnt down last night. It burnt to a crisp.

400 MB for Java RTE? Used to run in like 60. Soon we'll need a terrabyte of RAM just to load Windows.

Java is an absolute bitch, it wants to update at least weekly and when you do it f's something up :)
