VM v8 acting funky 1

VoiceMail Pro v8 latest release. PC Windows 7 Pro.

Every time we make changes on running system and hit Save&Make Live users that have recording set up have next problem: For incoming calls VM start playing VM greeting for that extension, on outgoing calls while on the call it plays VM messages in the box.
The way to stop it is to restart VM service.
But it work till next change

This is a known issue.
Only do a save and make live when VMPro is idle.

Yes, recording uses a channel too.

there are two issues at the moment.

1 channel(s) used, save and make live, then callers get: enter mailbox number.
2 recording (thus channels in use), save and make live, then callers get: enter mailbox number.

That's exactly what we have. So changes should be done when ports are in use...
Any ETA when Avaya will fix it?
