I have two BCM 50s that are tied together with IP Trunks. These sites can communicate using the tranfer function, internal dialing, etc. The issue is that Site A can't seem to use voice mail transfer to voicemail boxes at Site B. Any ideas?

The only thing else I can think of is to set up the Outdial to the route for the other system. This is under the individual VM box, and make sure the Class of Service allows outbound from VM. Let me know what you find.

Thanks,

I will need to check if they are using VPIM/AMIS. Didn't install the systems originally. Just moved one of them the end of last week.

F986 works on each system. You can transfer a call from Site A to Site B and it rolls into voicemail also.

Does anyone know for sure about the centralized voicemail keycode? I was thinking the same thing.

Nothing was altered during the move. They didn't make any programming changes or alterations.

You can not do a F986 even on centralized VM it is only a feature of the system with the VM on it.
