VM transfer to cell timeout

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can set the timeout on the VM transfer to a cell phone.

Basically we are having an issue where when entering a VM box we can select 2 to transfer the call, however the timeout for this setting is to short and the cell either does not ring or rings once and disconnects.

Any ideas?

Change the transfer recall timer on the trunk from default of 17s to something more like what you want.

I have the recall timer set correctly on all COS's, the system sems to pull the call back after only about 5 seconds.

Any ideas what else could be going wrong?

Solved: it was not the timer but the COS restriction for pbublic trunk to public trunk.
