VM to Email 1

I have a customer using vm to email on embedded voice mail 9.1.4. He is using go daddy for his email service authentication is checked with user name and password. He periodically has to reboot the IP office for the vm to email to work. Does anyone know why rebooting the system would fix the problem?
 
With vm to email if the system has an issue while trying to send an email it just gives up until you reboot, it doesn't keep trying :)

 
Would it be more than likely the service stopped because of a connection issue at the server end. Or does embedded email have a glitch where it locks up form time to time?
 
It is more likely the issue is at the far end. The IPO tries, can't access the account properly, and then gives up.
 
That explains a few things Andy! Thanks for the heads up, it'll keep us from running in circles in the future...
