VM time stamp different from system time

Hello,

We have a norstar 824 and recently, our voice messages have been showing a time stamp that is roughly 30 minutes before the message was actually left. Checked system time and it is correct. Any ideas on what might be causing this or how to fix?

If you have an old Stratalk you need to set its time separately from the phone system. Dial F987, enter your admin password (102xxxx or 12xxxx), and adjust the time and date.

Time is F984.

Sometimes. If F984 doesn't work then use F987.
