VM suddenly "Unobtainable" 2

I have no idea what is happening.A 9.1 system with VM Pro stopped working *17 and visual voice keys said "Unobtainable". So I changed it to Embedded VM and the same thing happens. Here is a monitor of the Embedded VM mode ext. 103 dialing

Was the VMPRo service running?
Using system status could you ping the VMPro IP address from the IPO?
ADD VM TARGET: FAILED availability=2

If you're on a server, a restart may have enable the server to reserve the ports that are required for VMPRO.

As for essential not working. Have you uploaded the necessary files? You may have to upgrade again at the same release, ticking upload files.
