We have expanded our virtual LUN on the SAN and will not show up under 'Add Extent'. We have done this a few times before without any problems, but cannot find why this is occurring.

This shows 127.x Gb available, and when hitting 'Add Extent' no additional LUN space shows as before. Are there other limitations or settings that need to be tweaked after allocating multiple times?

This is MSA1000 HP SAN, ESX Server, QLogic Switch.

Did you try to rescan the storage adapter? You need to rescan storage adapter twice before the LUN can appear.

From what we've gotten from others users, it seems that it's made 4 partitions on the LUN which is the max & not true extends, which would have been 32. So kinda SOL here at the moment.

was there ever anything else on these disks prior to presenting them to the ESX Host? It looks to me like is sees 4 partitions on the 1 LUN.
