VM Server Editon setup

I've tried following the docs on this but I must be missing something. I installed the latest ISO on a VMBOX and started the service. I'm missing where i install the Demo config. Would this be on the update tab on the web page. I see 2 Demo items that have not been installed but when i try to it says there's a conflict with another file. Would this mean i must uninstall one of the IP office services currently running?

If I remember correctly I uninstalled IP Office and then installed IP Office Demo and IP Office Demo Config.

If you're at the latest release and don't want SE Select only install the Demo, if you load the demo config you'll be in Select.
