VM R11.1 ftp backups

I have a App server that is R11.1 that I want to do weekly backups of the VM to a remote FTP server onsite and it keeps saying that that the remote location is not valid. I can open the file location with file explorer and Chrome.

Create a folder call MMBackup on your app server ( /home/Administrator/MMBackup) using winscp and use scp protocol with port 22 .Put your Administrator password and it should work. I did it yesterday. Good luck
