Using VMPro menu single digit 4 to transfers to a hunt group and i also have option 4??? to transfer to $KEY for extension. I know that Avaya does not support this but it should work. Does anyone have this working on there system?

4 goes to another menu with a 3 second timeout to the hunt group. ??? captures any additional digits, and transfers to 4$KEY

I do have the time out option set for 3 seconds, but when 4 is pressed it goes immediately to the hunt group no waiting for more dtmf.

You need to do as Tommy says, 4 goes to another menu which has timeout to the group and also ??? in the second menu (not the first) that transfers to $Key having both in the first menu doesn't work
