VM Pro will not go into Night or Holiday mode 2

VM Pro 9.0.4.0 Build 18 / IPO 9.0.4.0 Build 965

I am having an issue where the system only follows the day menu. I have a Day, Night, and Holiday Module built. Scheduler has a test condition for Holiday and Day. It is currently Setup to test Condition Holiday (true - go to holiday attendant, False then test Condition Day) Test Condition Day (True Transfer Main, False go to Night Attendant)

During the normal working hours that is setup on the condition (M-F 8-5) everything works like designed. Call comes in, hits scheduler, then transfers to main group, rings 5 times If now one answers, it plays the day greeting. Now after hours, call comes in goes directly to day greeting. It should go directly to night greeting instead of day greeting.

OFC I can share, but what's the primary religion and Locale?

It won't be any fun if you got Norwegian Protestant holidays stuffed into an Jewish system, or Russian Christmas triggering in Ireland.


And are the menus supposed to be the same, no matter what, just playing a different menu prompt? (Or was that just a copy error?)

Good point. It was for US National Holidays. So no big deal, I can build them. It was a copy error. Thanks for the help.

I've not made any US Holiday schedule, but Kyle Holladay (RIP) made a nice setup once, though without dates.
If you'd like, I can mix that with some of my stuff and merge it into your setup.

I always feel melancholic when I read Kyle's name. Coming up on 2 years soon that he passed away.
He made a special module for all the US holidays with a specialized greeting for each holiday and all you had to do was add the date for next year (or each year in advance) and it would play the greeting at the right time.

One condition is on this, you can use it and pass on but never sell it as your own.
