Got a weird one here!!! customer has a 412 running V5 along with VM pro, for some reason last week VM stopped working. Calls wouldnt drop into voicemail and when dialling *17 just rings out. All licenses are valid and active, removed and added licenses again, checked all firewalls etc but to no avail. Installed software onto new PC and upgraded VM to slightly later version but still no joy. In the end I removed the system from customer network and used my laptop as server but with same result. Anyone seen this before or got any odeas??
