VM Pro Wave Editor Issue

When trying to record a menu recording using the wav editor and an extension, the Wave editor calls the extension but does not prompt the user to record the greeting. This is Server Edition Release 9.0 (was service pack 6 - upgrade to Service pack 7)

this was an issue that showed up in SP6, and there was a critical patch to fix it.
