VM Pro voicemail to email ?

IPO 9.0 VM PRO
I have the system up and running fine and is will send email out to users
XXXX@abc.com and the users are getting them.
They have rented out space to another company.
But the emails are not going out to the new users a XXXX@yxz.com
Anyone have a clue why I can't sent to them?
Can the IPO/VM Pro do that?

Did you add a 2nd SMTP entry for the 2nd company?

This sounds like SMTP server blocking any attempts to send @xyz.com or spam filter at xyz.com catching all VMPro emails

No, I thought it would just send it out to anyone from the SMTP server from XXXX@ABC.Com to whatever was in the email address of the user.
How would one go about adding a second SMTP sever info into VM Pro? Then how would it know which SMTP sever to send out msg's thru.
Sounds like this is not going to work.

I've never had any issues sending VM to Email, it just works (using ISP's SMTP server or on-premises SMTP, recipient should not matter).

Look in Monitor when sending fails, it should give you a reason.

I had this happen with a client that had (2) companies in one space. Their email server would not send to anything outside their domain and their IT dept wouldn't change it so that it would. What we did was create (2) new email accounts on the main domain and just forwarded those to the sub-tenant (their was only 2 users in the second company so it wasn't a huge deal).
