VM PRO stopping???

Hey guys,

ive run into a trouble that i cant seem to pin down???

i have a customer with a 406v2 and Voicemail Pro. both are 4.1

the problem is that the VM PRO keeps stopping?? i dont know what is making this happen?

any suggestions would be great!
 
license is the first thing, does it stop after 2 hours.

if sparatically stopping there is a bug in 4.1.18 vm. there is a new release available on support.
 
have you tried to set the recovery in the services? sometimes this will help.

check that out, it doesn't really solve the problem but gives you an overview as how widespread this is (119 replies). i am not sure if the 4.1.40 fixes it but it is definitely worth a shot, I will upgrade one of mine on Saturday.

the licenses are valid. that was the first thing we checked.

i will see what the "recovery" is set to as well.

i will download the new release and see what happens.
