Hi all,
I have recently migrated an old VM Pro server on XP to Windows 7. I had thought I got everything working correctly. Seems I did not. The VM, AA...etc stop working after a couple of hours, and the fix is to restart the "Voicemail Pro Service" service, then all is good for a couple more hours. I'm rather sure it has to due with the License showing "Invalid" in the manager. I have tried to remove the licenses and re-enter them. To no avail nothing seems to work. The key server services is running, when I launch the Key Server the red icon is a red X.
I did have to purchase a SIIG PCIe Parallel adapter to plug the dongle into as this new computer did not have a parallel port. I'm not sure what else would have to be done to get this working.
Any help would be appreciated.
By the way this is Voicemail Pro Server version 3.2.15
