Been INstalling IP office for a while now and have a problem with the above.

Have 3 sites connected using SCN, which is working fine, Have VM pro server in Site A and want to transfer calls to a huntgroup in Site B. However have just noticed that Hunt groups from Sites B and C are not listed in Phone Manager Lite.

Site A extn Range 98-130 HG range 600-603
Site B extn Range 200-230 HG range 700-706
Site C extn Range 300-320 HG range 800-802

Have tried calling Hunt groups in Site B (701) from Site A, but they just disconnect before they ring.

I am trying to use the huntgroup numbers from the VM Pro AA in Site A.

Any assistance will be great and maybe rewarded with Beer tokens!

U must create shortcodes for the groups as those are not part of a SCN network.

Intrigrant,

So I set a shortcode like 7001 say, Telephone number to 701 Line group to the SCN route and then Feature Dial or is there another way as this doesn't seem to work on Phone manager. I am administering the switch remotely and using phone manager to test dialing from an extension with no audio feedback as I don't have keys to the customer site.

Okay silly me was using the wrong Line ID. Oops

Where can I send you the beer tokens?
