I have crashed a VM Pro server but I have backups of the database and call flows.

I have tried 3 different versions 3.2.30, 3.2.39 and 4.2.34.

I can not get the mdb to import nor can I fugure out where the call flows are restored from.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Richard

What is the version you had and what software version is your IPO ?

It was a 3.2.3X if what was on the server already is / was an indication. Additional note, I copied the call flow file to root.vmp and the calls now will flow properly. The only issue now - I can't see anything to configure or reconfigure it.

You need a MDB file.
If you still can reach it then copy the complete VM folder in C:/Program Files/Avaya//IP Office/Voicemail Pro
There is everything you need.

I tried that earlier today. Everytime I've tried copying the entire folder the client can no longer access the server.

Just do it, it is crashed anyway and it will save you a lot of time.

You mean make it where it doesn't work at all?

You have a crashed vmpro server and now you are setting up a new one.
Copy the VM folder from the crashed server to your pc and rebuilt the vmpro with the database and wav files you have copied.

All I had was the MDB and call flows backed up.

Then import the mdb file and rerecord the greetings.
