VM Pro "Error 24 not sending email"

We have a 5.0 VM that has been sending VM to Email. Today we were notified that it wasn't working. What could be our issue?

network issues, are you able to ping the mail server?

And your sure no setting have changed on the phone system or mail server, have you or are you able to reboot the IP Office?

We have checked all programming. I have rebooted the IP Office.

What’s kind of mail server? We had issues with exchange where connected over port 25 but exchange answered to use a TLS connection though. VMPro tried that but didn’t connect because the server certificate wasn’t trusted. We had to import the root certificate into the VMPro server.
