VM Pro question

Hi guys.
Is it possible for VM Pro (IP Office 10 Server Edition) to access an axternal DB, and play data as TTS, like an IVR?

I know server edition never did that. Until now supposedly. 10.1 seems to do that. Not the same as Windows VMPro, but the KB says it does MySQL and Postgres, without advanced edition and as long as it's better than a UC module - so Server Edition or App Server.

I think you need a licence for TTS.
