VM Pro question

I have a computer running vm pro 8.1. I have a question on this. my boss told the customer that they can call the vm pro to make an outbound call by using there lines so the caller id info is there work info.

Can this even be done?

Yes, it can be done with mobility/twinning too (easier and more secure), but if you do use VM Pro make sure you pin protect the module you use to do this :)
