VM Pro on UC Module

It should also tell you why it has failed. What does it say for this?

I also have a current system whre the One-X prital will not see the VM, so not suowing user Messages & nt providing option to change greetigs.

I have a ticket open with Avaya at pesent, it may be worth you reporting through IPOSS as well

I have now reinstall the UC now when i try to log on I get a screen asking for logon, logon paasowrd, old password new password and confirm new password. I never change from the defaults but no password is taking
 
Below is the info that I am ask for when trying o login to the VM Pro (UC Module) after I have reinstall from USB

Log in with Manager first and set new passwords there.
 
I am in finally. don't ask me what I did, open the page and it just came up with the default login screen.
 
My issue was resolved by unintalling One-x using web admin

re install One-x (again using Web Admin)

complete ignition process using Advanced mode & manually setting the address fro the VM Service provider
