VM Pro on Server Edtion 9.0 Virtual - User Login Failed

I am suddenly getting a "User Login Failed" error when attempting to access VM Pro via the VM Pro Client. The VM Pro is up and functioning as it should. Has anyone seen this before?

Has anyone reinstalled VM Pro on server edition?

Run as Administrator.

Is this an upgrade?
Change security settings-vmpro password.

Can you get the user.dat file out on server ed to open with nogepad?

Tried changing the password in security settings but that did not work. Not sure how to do a reinstall on virtual server.

On platform view you have a tab "updates". There you can uninstall and after that reinstall VMPro.

But I'm not sure if it keeps the config or not.

Uninstalled VM Pro. How do I reinstall? This is a Release 9 Server Edition (Virtual) system.

There should now be an "Install" button where the "Uninstall" button had been.
