This week we had an issue whereby the NIC cards MAC changed so licences got invalidated. After resolving that we have found VM Pro is not preforming correctly.
EI: voicemail type is voicemail pro and dialling *17 or mailboxes all still works, just call routing to the modules for AA etc will just say “please enter your mailbox number”.
I can log into the vm pro client fine and even make changes and it says connected to IPO.
(I have noticed i cannot get into the management URL and i have also noticed the HDD for that machine is at 99% due to a onex log file that i am working on removing)
Any tips would be greatly received
