Hello Team Members.
I need your help. On an IPO500 9.0.12 with VM PRO i am facing an issue that is calls cannot go to the specific numbers - touch tone options that have selected in menu .
Using the SymMonitor i see that the selection is passed to the system so it should not be a provider DTMF issue. See the following screenshot.

So after calling and selecting 3 for example instead of ringing the specific number the call goes to the time out destination that is the main operator console.
something I discovered by mistake is that pressing the 3 for example second time then i have correct transfer to the specific destination , see the following screenshot

Any ideas?

thank you in Advance.

Without showing us the callflow and its settings we're totally in the dark and just guessing.

So regading CallFlow see what is happening, after timeout expires the flow goes to the main options menu where i have option for 1, 2, 3
when pressing 1 , 2 or 3 does not take you to the extension , a strange behavior that cannot explain if you press 2 times the desired digit it takes you there, so pressing 3 3 or 1 1 or 2 2 it takes you the the correct destination

An update to this, moving the options 1,2,3 to main menu as options 4,5.6 calls go to correct destination so this is a temp fix but still mystery about the original post
any ideas are welcome.
thank you.

You have to enter more than just 1, 2 or 3 in the first menu. Due to the? It is waiting for another digit pressed.

When ever using dial by extension I always say "if you know the extension number dial * followed by the extension number"

I then route *??? To a menu with 1??, 2?? & 3?? That transfers to the extensions.

This allows all the other options 1-9 , 0 & # to be available for the main menu.

For God's sake man, rearrange your VMPro actions so that lines do not overlap!!!!!
No one can read what you've posted, there is no way to be sure which Touch Tone connects to which action.

That said, if you have an option 3 for a specific thing to happen, and also have extension numbers that begin with 3, from the first menu connect 3 to 2nd menu. In that 2nd menu, there is no prompt. The 2 second timeout goes to the destination for the single 3, and the only other Touch Tone option is ?? (collect 2 digits). Connect the ?? to a Transfer action that goes to 3$KEY
