VM Pro not taking my hours conditions change?

hello,
We use Voicemail Pro with our IP Office 500 PBX system. Starting yesterday, I'd been tasked with added a new hunt group, OSC, into Manager and related new settings into Voicemail Pro so that calls coming into the system on a certain 4-digit number from our phone provider get routed to several employees in the company and if they're all busy the calls goes to a Day voice mailbox and if it's after hours the calls go to a Night voicemail box. I thought that I made all of the appropriate additions in Manger and VM Pro...but got stuck last night with a problem of when calls that come in on that number, the VM Pro system was seeing the OSC hunt group as being Closed and the call goes into a night voicemail box I setup. I came back to the problem this morning and the VM Pro Conditions Editor entry I made yesterday afternoon for the new hunt group and realized I had used the X + And condition with the Week Planner instead of the X Or condition that our several other hunt groups successfully use, so it made sense that the Open/Closed condition was going to False. I changed the condition to X || Or to look like our other HG entries and had the hours set the same as other hunt groups, then saved and made live my changes, then a minute later called into the new phone number at a time when we're Open for business, and the system was still saying that that hunt group was closed for business??. this problem is where I'm stuck right now and why I'm making a forum posting.
I'm hoping that someone on here has experience with this problem and how to resolve it so the hours will work correctly for OSC.

thanks in advance,

There have been several issues related to the make live if there are active calls going on. I don't know if it's truly a bug, but make sure your system is free from calls when you do the save and make live.

That is not a bug
The system can not change a callflow that is busy, it is logical if you think about it :)

thank you for the replies
the new hunt group that I'm having the Hours trouble with doesn't have any call traffic coming in on it yet (will next week) but the phone system in general has calls coming in to other hunt groups.
So you're saying that I need to make this Hours change on the weekend sometime when no one's calling into the office IP Office PBX?

thanks,
david

I don't think that is the issue. A simple restart of the Voicemail Pro service would verify that however. From the log above it seems that the logic is correct based on your new values but the end result is not. What did you name your test condition (e.g. Business Hours)

I've gotten into the habit of restarting the vmproserver service after making chages to call flows. It always seems to work after that.

That should not be neccessery but indeed you have to do it sometimes to get it working
