Hi all,
I have a client who has recently upgraded 3 sites to R10, and when we try to make changes to one of the sites VM Pro call flow it will not hold any changes. It continually uses the old call flow. New modules will not work either, but all the ones around before the upgrade work.
They are currently using a distributed Voicemail set up and 2 of sites will change fine no dramas at all.
I have checked the in-dials, forwarding and all settings related to distributed setup of voicemail. I have restarted services, rebooted IP office and also rebooted the server where the VM pro client is installed.
Any other things I have missed and should be looking at?
