Wondering if anyone has run across this or may have any suggestion… Recent upgrade to IPO SE R11.1. I did not restore database from old Windows VM Pro server.
I’ve had a couple of instances where a user can’t login to their voicemail. I’ve reset the password and tried to login from a different phone. I’ve even tried changing out the phone… This has happened from an IP phone as well as a digital phone on different 500v2 server expansions. Even if I have the VXXXX in the users source field, it still prompts for a password rather than auto login.
