4 system SCN. VM Pro software loaded on Windows 7 Pro machine in my office. PC shipped to out of state customer and this programming has been done remotely via LogMeIn. Built nearly 50 modules first then built numerous short codes and queues for multiple groups. Exported config about every 15 minutes. Closed out of VMPro. Came back later and half the modules were gone but all of the short codes and queues that I had built last were still there. Imported last config that I had saved and they were still gone. Tech support said they've never heard of this before. Been doing this for nearly 10 years and have never seen this. Anybody else seen this? Any ideas?

I had to disable a mailbox of a user the other day and saved it and closed it and got a call from the customer 15 minutes later.
ALL modules shortcodes etc were gone, but I could restore the backup I did 4 days prior to that (I am a backup freak and do random backups by dialing into the bigger customer sites and do it when I watch TV at night)
I had every once in a while lost programming in the VM pro but it is so rare that I never had the need to open a ticket for it.

Interrupt the silence only if you improve it by saying something, otherwise be quiet and everybody will be grateful.

I have seen it once too and i think it was a 8.1 version.
If i make changes then i always make a backup first and in between big changes.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Yeah, this is 8.1.9102. I'm rebuilding on my local machine and will Dropbox it at the remote site and see how it goes.

I have seen an odd issue on this release.
It corrupted out of the blue (no RDP used)

I know that they just released 8.1.9203, but I hesitate to use it after they had to pull the 8.1.69 IPO release that goes with it just 3 days after they released it.

This happened to me on a UC module. I had to rebuild and then we changed the customer out to a server and bailed on the UC module.

Just loaded 8.1.9203 on my local machine and it still will not let me build more than 27 modules. If I build any more and log out, when I log back in it's back to 27 and it's not necessarily the new modules that I built that are gone. WTF!!! Your supposed to be able to have over 100 modules.

I had this issue just the other day using a UCM. Creating a new module of the same name would bring the module, and all of it's programming, back. I don't know if it was a UCM or just a voicemail client / server issue in general.

Must have had a corrupt config. I imported the EMPTYDB.MDB file to wipe it clean and then built 30 quick dummy modules and everything is fine. GOOD TIMES!

something is really weird with this VM Pro version because my sales module copied over to the service department module..

also, I can not press "Save & Make Live".. its greyed out..
The only way to Save is to click on Users, left it refresh, and then I could save.

I saw this on the UC module as well, 8.1.something, forgot the exact release.
